Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

NOCTIRA reserves the right to cancel or delay any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Promotional free shipping applies only to qualifying orders and regions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Tracking Information

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email.

It may take 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

NOCTIRA is not responsible for carrier scanning delays.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Reshipment fees may apply.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.

Please double-check your information before completing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, NOCTIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing a carrier investigation when applicable.

Replacement shipments are issued at our discretion.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed.
